My head hurts from laughing so hard this morning. What a way to start my day!

We begin by the kiddo and I talking Hubby into running to Buc-ees to grab us some sodas. This is a regular ritual for us. There is just something yummy about a fountain drink from Buc-ees. Ever been to a Buc-ees? It’s amazing…like the Disneyland of convenience stores!

I’ve been sitting here playing my usual game of Farkle and the phone rings. Caller Id: Buc-ees. Hmm…I bet he forgot what we wanted. So I answer, expecting to tell Ken he was suffering from ‘Old Timers’.

Hubby: Honey, can you get my spare key and come to Buc-ees?

Me: (laughing) Sure.

*laughing in background of phone call*

Me: (laughing harder) Puppy jumped up on the side of the door and locked you out, didn’t he?

Hubby: Uhhh…yes.

Me: (laughing hysterically at this point)

Hubby: Telling all of the Buc-ees employees, she’s laughing at me.

Me: Ok, on my way. I jumped up put on clothes and dashed out the door. When I pulled in the parking lot ALL of the Buc-ees employees were standing in the parking lot LAUGHING.THEIR.BUTTS.OFF!

Hubby: I’m not taking Puppy bye-bye with me anymore.

What a way to start the day…I think we’ll be laughing at this one for quite a while. Seriously though, how could you be mad at such a cute baby boy?!
